ReplyDeleteDarryl, thanks for the contact info. Have you used her work or do you know her?
ReplyDeleteOh, and no, I'm not really a ninja. I'm not really even a librarian (I work at the library, but don't have the LS degree).
I just read that you are a fellow Washingtonian (even if you have defected to sunnier lands in California. I relocated from the east coast 35 years ago and never looked back. Love the title of your book "death by Ice Cream" I will look it up. The panda kindergarten would like it if you did a book "Death by Cuppycakes" but that's just them. Am bookmarking your site, heck I just found the subscribe button.
ReplyDeleteGlad you found the "subscribe" button! No death by Cuppycakes, but I do have some children's books, two for older elementary and a picture book to encourage parents to take their babies hiking!
DeleteI heard Ninja Librarian is available at Costco in RWC!
ReplyDeleteNo way. Check it out and let me know.
ReplyDeleteMy son and I just started reading The Ninja Librarian. It is so much fun. I am reading the voices for the residents of Skunk Corners in a Southern accent. When I was reading for Tommy Colson's voice, my son told me I had his voice wrong. He thinks Tommy would have a small voice because he must be very skinny since he has never had enough to eat. Thank you for writing such an engaging book.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are enjoying it! Send me an email at the above address, and I'll send a coupon for a reduced price on the sequel, either paper or ebook.
DeleteThanks, I will.

Well done Rebecca.
ReplyDeleteAlways enjoy any non-fiction or true crime rviews.
Thanks! I don't read true crime as a general rule, but I do review assorted non-fiction works, usually history and natural history.
DeleteHi Rebecca,
ReplyDeleteI published that post about how I'm working to develop a writing habit: https://dazeoff.workingisforchumps.com/index.php/making-pasta-how-i-find-flow/ Thanks again for your kind comments and interest. I hope you enjoy.
